* Predetermining financing is mandatory. Without knowing how much money you can access, it is impossible to select the property that is appropriate for you.
* Cost can vary from property to property. Some factors to consider are:

o Deposit (5%-10%)
o Survey if needed (around $700)
o Legal costs ($500 +)
o Title Insurance if needed ($250)
o Land transfer taxes (Ontario and Toronto)
o Statement of Adjustment
o Home Inspection fee if needed
o Fire Insurance
