W02: Originally known as the West Toronto Junction, this colourful north-of-Bloor neighbourhood once occupied the land between two busy railway tracks, just south of St. Clair Avenue West and east of Dundas Street West.
 
Today this neighbourhood has expanded to include a much larger area north of Annette Street to the railways tracks, and as far west as Runnymede Road. Thanks to the investment of the City of Toronto, and the interest of developers and new homeowners, it is a neighbourhood experiencing an exciting revival. New restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and antique stores populate the shopping district along Dundas Street West.

The Junction is certainly a great answer for those who are looking for good value for the money in Toronto's West End closer to High Park and not too far from the Lake.
 
Victorian-style houses are the common look in this neighbourhood with brick finish. There are many new developments on the rise.
