lacks interpretation on how this data relevent for the property you try

The sales data of million dollar homes is not neccesarely relevent for
the condo market. Offer and demand can vary by small pockets in
the same neigbourhood.
Toronto's West End not only divided by neighbourhoods but also by
smaller pockets. Swansea alone bousts least 9 of these pockets (condos,
co-ops, new developments, Brulee, Riverside Drive, Ellis, East of
The Palisades, South Kingsway, below Bloor, below Morningside.
